My attempt at making macarons. Actually turned out a lot better than I thought and they actually worked and didn’t fail. Was really surprised, especially since I’ve never made them before… Had no clue what I was doing when making the meringue. Didn’t even know if it was right but just went with it. Anyway, pretty happy with the results. Could have used a bit more salt though, and more practice with piping since I failed epically at that lol :)
My parents seem to like it - my mum went absolutely crazy which was really strange… O_O. I probs won’t make them again for another few months though. Took me about 4 hrs in total to make them plus had so many things to clean once I was done XD.
